We are your one-stop service for all student-related matters. As the first point of contact for student queries, we ensure you have the best experience at university. Our services include issuing student status letters, Student ID cards, and more.
We also facilitate student involvement in college activities such as events, societies, clubs, the ambassadors and student representation programmes.

We support students' academic success by monitoring attendance, tracking submission deadlines and promoting engagement. We offer personalised support to help students stay on track and reach their full potential.
We reach out to students who miss classes to understand their situation and offer support. We provide advice on alternatives if attendance is not possible.
We remind students of upcoming deadlines via email and phone, providing additional information and support where needed. Our submission support sessions offer further guidance close to submission dates
We organise workshops on study techniques, digital literacy, IT skills and organisational skills.
